Cianciana, built using Sicilian tufo rock, and covers an area of approx 20 sq meters per floor, for a total of 60 sq meters,
and consists of two rooms and a storage room. At the present time the ground floor with exit onto Via Di Maria (lower street)
is used as a storage room and is not connected with the upper floors. The ground floor which is situated with exit onto Via
