SHORT TERM LEASE
1. Reservation fee of USD100 via paypal, authorized broker in Manila or direct deposit to any Metrobank branch upon signing of rental application form. Said fee is non-refundable upon cancellation and is deductible upon check-in date.
2. Security deposit of USD200 is required upon check-in and signing of Rental Agreement. Said deposit is refundable upon check-out date.
3. Plus the balance payment of the lease period is payable upon check-in and signing of Rental Agreement.
Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are inclusive of electricity, water, association fees, cable tv, local telephone line, unlimited wifi internet, and unlimited access to pool/gym/sauna. Parking is available at the Administration Office.
LONG TERM LEASE
1. Security deposit of two months upon signing of Lease Contract.
2. Twelve post dated checks for one year rental period upon signing of Lease Conract.
NOTE:
Yearly rate is inclusive of all the above except for electricity and water. Parking arrangements are done separately at the Administration Office located at the Ground Floor of the building.
