The
property was built 2 years ago and is located in the Araucania countryside by the road leading Pucn to Caburga (9 miles from
Pucn). This is one of the nicest roads in the South of Chile, and Pucn is for sure one of the most attractive towns in
Chile offering first class facilities. The landscape is hilly and the scenery just gorgeous. From the house you can see the
majestic Villarica Volcano. Volcanoes, lakes, hot springs, national parks and outdoor activities (such as rafting, fly

The finest materials have been used to build the house. The houses structure is made of native and pine

in living room and bedrooms on the first floor, vitrified pizarra stone in the kitchen/dining room and bathrooms and spare

An
outside gas tank feeds the hot water system and the cooker. The water comes from the rural drinking water network and is
boosted by a water pump to improve the water pressure.
