Holiday Village is located in the exclusive coastal village of Sveti Vlas, 3km north of Sunny Beach, and just 9km away from
the World Heritage site of Nessebar. Sveti Vlas is a well-developed resort with all amenities, lying between the Stara
Planina mountain range and the Black Sea, a location that offers a beautiful combination of sea and mountain climate,
considered to be highly favorable for those suffering from respiratory problems. Triumph Holiday Village consists of 7
adjacent four and five storey apartment buildings, and a block of 8 townhouses. There are 160 apartments in total, with sizes
ranging from 37m2 to 83m2, in 30 different styles. 70% of the apartments will have sea views, due to the gentle slope of the
site. The remainder will have pool or mountain views. Unlike other such projects, Holiday Village Triumph has secured bank
guarantees equivalent to the total cost of completion, and is therefore not dependent on customer payments to ensure
construction. The completion date is March 30, 2007 or sooner. The complex includes swimming pools for adults and children,
a game zone with pool, tennis etc, a children s playground, water bar, restaurant, fitness centre and sauna, a beauty salon,
internet cafe and mini-market, laundry facilities, parking and full customer services.
