Island Property in Brazil
The total land has an extension of 83 meters wide, and it goes
from coast to coast. It consists on two different and contiguous properties that go from `Enseada Das Palmas` beach (Palms
Bay) to `Lopes Mendes` beach.
Las Palmas beach is a calm bay with easy, warm and transparent waters. It is ideal for
nautical sports, such us diving and others.
Opposite to that, Lopes Mendes beach is at open sea, with big waves, and
a huge extension of sand. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of Brazil and it is also ideal for
surfers.
House 1:
In front of `Las Palmas` beach, it was built a two floor house that was initially thought to be
the house keeper`s home.
In the first floor, there is an important nautical infrastructure, with boats ramp, an external
bathroom, workshop and a warehouse.
The second floor has two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, with a total built surface
of 238 m2.
At the level of the beach, the property counts with a beautiful grass yard, ideal for the practice of
different sports such us football, badminton, volleyball and others.
House 2:
Going up through a stone made walk
side, you can get to the main residence which has a total built surface of 300 m2. It is a colonial construction, with some
Brazilian influence. This house is plenty of details built in wood, large windows and terraces that allow to constantly
appreciate the beauty of the bay.

Living room with a beautiful fireplace and a
toilette.

independent terraces.

A special shed, designed for the electric generators (left hand

The whole of this property was designed and built specially to preserve the existing
environment; details as follow:
Excellent water quality, extracted and treated with slow filtration methods, without
adding any chemical products.
Swimming pool filled with spring water, also without chemical products.
Natural
gas, to be used in stoves, heaters and sauna. It is provided through bottles of 13 kg. Transported and stored in a specially
designed place.
Electric energy: in normal conditions it is generated by solar panels that charge a bank of batteries
during the week, to be used over the weekend. In case of a bigger demand, there are two Honda generators.
Drains:
wastes from both houses are disposed without causing any kind of contamination.
Walking from the balconies of the
main residence, in direction to the sauna, you can get to the second property next to the previously described, in front of
the Lopes Mendes beach. At the moment there is no construction on this land, but the foundations of a previous one, now
demolished are still there. A license to build has already been given for this land.
