The farm presented
for sale is the result of the investment carried by its current owner, of German nationality, whom, 30 years ago, fond of
Sintra and in love with the unique features of this 10 hectares property, invested in the creation of a large range of
infrastructure. The main house, the pool and the several support residences were restored. The farm was also endowed with
conditions for the practice of riding with the creation of 26 Horse Boxes with paddocks and 1 Riding Arena. A cow-house was
created and, later on, recognized nationally for the advanced processes applied.
Alongside and over the years the
owner has invested in the creation of a series of commercial infrastructures such as the construction of 1 hotel with 11
rooms, of a 3-room house, an event infrastructure and a car park with capacity for 320 cars and 6 buses.

has been described, the farm has also a house in ruins and a mill inserted in the forest area, only accessible through
romantic walkways.

Director Plan (PDM) allows. Among others, plotting is a possibility, as it is the creation of a complex for the organization
and holding of events.

The farm is located between the beautiful and charming town of Sintra -
classified as World Heritage by UNESCO - and Belas - an important reference for all Golf lovers -, is only 30 kms of the
beautiful coastal city of Cascais - where the 2007 World Sailing Championship took place - and only 20 km from Lisbon.
